Sweatshirt Revamp Camp
Take an old sweatshirt and give it new life with a few basic techniques. Bring in a sweatshirt, and leave
with a new fashioned work of art. Attendees provide the sweatshirt, presenter provides scissors, glue,
inspiration and instruction.
T-Shirt Revamp Camp
Redesign, restyle, recycle! Bring in some old t-shirts (and a pair of scissors), walk out with new
creations! Learn basic techniques to bring new life to an old tee shirt.
Get project inspiration and technical support from a fashion design pro and get crafting!
Fashion Design Workshop
Here’s a chance to learn the nomenclature of fashion from mutton sleeves to gussets, boiled wool to
damask. Learn how to describe and sketch what you see or what you are looking for in terms of
silhouette, fabric and trim. Review current media to forecast fashion trends, get inspiration to plan
mood boards and theme pages to help visualize ideas. Use flat figures to draw what you see without
having to be an illustrator.
