Here is Mrs. Pauline Serpe on her special day wearing a custom designed wedding gown.
The theme was a romantic, Victorian costume drama set at The Bourne Mansion on Long
Island's Great South Bay. Pauline had almost her entire wedding party designed and
produced by Kathryn Hunt. In addition to the brides gown, Ms. Hunt designed and
produced gowns for the Maid of Honor, Bridesmaids and Attendants.
As an aspiring actress she wanted a costumed drama in a luxurious, dramatic setting. The
bride chose a luxurious rose & ivory damask with a delicate pale gold vine and flower motif
for a cathedral length bustle. Her gown was constructed in an ivory silk satin and
included a complete foundation. For her veil a new look was created in a sparkling
champagne for a tulle hooded cape including a cathedral length train.
